Lowriders shown off at Riverside City College

Shiny lowriders made their way onto Riverside City College for a day-long car show Thursday, Sept. 22.

The vehicles offered students a glimpse into one small slice of Mexican-American culture, planned by student leaders as a Hispanic Heritage Month activity.

About 25 cars parked in the middle of campus in the third such show organized by the Associated Students of Riverside City College.

The display also featured posters of lowriders as well as other classic vehicles.
